As I started this blog in 2010, and then took a few years off to raise my little ones (only getting back into it this past November), I know there are a LOT of you out there that did not see some of my earlier posts.

A Bead So Beautiful...You Could Just Eat It!
Amethyst Lampwork Beaded Necklace |
The Czech also became masters at making lampwork beads and rivaled Italy on the national market. In time, the Czech and Italians taught the Indians how to make lampwork beads. Today the majority of lampwork beads come from India. The Czech and the Italians still make beautiful lampwork beads in much more limited production.
Handmade Jewelry Haven's beautiful 'Swirl' necklace, bracelet and matching earrings are made with lovely amethyst colored Italian Wedding Cake beads, and is set off by a gorgeous blown glass pendant in soothing colors of purples golds and silvers.

Lisa, thank you for visiting yesterday. The best of luck to you in your jewelry business and as I said in my comments, please let me know how I might help to promote you. I'm don't wear a lot of jewelry and when I do it's very simple pieces. This necklace is very pretty and you did a supertastic job. One thing I'd like to suggest is to display a large image of your jewelry or if there's a feature in Blogger that will allow you to see the full-size of the image in a different tab or window then that would be cool. I think a larger shot of your jewelry will make your pieces more appealing. Also, I think the image of this necklace on your Etsy shop with the black background really makes the necklace pop. It's a fabulous idea for you to participate in Flashback to draw attention to your earlier jewelry creations. I will send out a tweet and hopefully it'll get you some new views. Have a good weekend and be blessed!
ReplyDeleteCathy, I want to thank you so much for your comments. I contemplated updating the pic on this post from the original, however I hoped, and in your case, I was right, that people would see the updated pic when they clicked the Etsy link.
DeleteI am still very much in the learning phase in taking the jewelry pics. It is, as most things are, a work in progress.
Thank you again for visiting and please...keep the comments coming. I truly value them AND the Tweet!!

What a gorgeous necklace! I don't wear jewelry, but if I did, I'd be tempted by something like that.
